Welcome to my blog! I’m Sara and the fella on my arm is Buggy.  There’s plenty to know about us but time is precious so here’s the essentials:

A G-tube Caretaker and Blended Dietitian.

A Poet, and yes, I do know it.

A Master of Microbiology and Mad Scientist.

I’m a Cheese Enthusiast, Beer Snob, Cake Advocate, and Bacon Loyalist.

I’m a Pet Parent, Philly Transplant, and Stay at Home Mama.
